I was at a local shopping centre and was shopping in a supermarket. The lady at the register was rude and did not have good customer service. There was a lack of concern shown by the staff member. The company may need to review the customer service which is shown by the employees as it is a reflection of the company

While shopping at a clothing store, i received great customer service. The staff member was friendly and showed a genuine interest in the concerns i had. They helped me to find what i was looking for and did this is a nice and friendly manner.

-Dressing professional: Gives the impression to customers that the business is professional and maintain good work ethics and standards
-Name Tag: Workers are easily able to be identified
-Appropriate hair: Makes it easier for work to be done and gives the business a more professional look and reputation
-Suitable make up: Gives the customers a good first impression and so the staff member looks as if there at work and not somewhere else
-Suitable jewellery: Not to over the top for work which suggests they are keen on their job and their work
